Terms of Sale

1% - 10 days Net 30, subject to credit approval. Additional discounts are offered for large quantity and blanket orders. All orders shipped FOB Northampton, Pennsylvania unless other terms are arranged in writing and agreed upon by Dent Design.

Prices subject to change without notice. Surcharge may be used during periods of unstable metal markets.

All claims must be made upon receipt of goods and filled with the carrier immediately. All goods are to be inspected promptly for discrepancies and damages. No claims will be accepted after seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

No goods are to be returned without Dent authorization. There is a 25% restocking charge for all returned goods plus a charge for restoring material to saleable condition.

Cancellation of orders will not be accepted, except on such terms as shall protect the company.

All truck shipments will be shipped Freight Collect unless other specified arrangements are made in writing. Material will be shipped by a carrier of Dent's choice unless otherwise specified in writing.

Orders are acknowledged with approximate shipping dates, which the company intends and endeavors to meet. The company will not be liable for delays in manufacturing, or delivery.

Dent reserves the right to modify specifications when improved materials become available or better methods of production are devised. An effort is always made to advise customers of changes prior to processing of orders.

Clerical or typographical errors on quotes, in catalogues, on this web site, or on acknowledgements are subject to correction.

Present and/or future taxes or other government charges on production, sale and/or shipments shall be paid by the customer.

Ordering Refrigeration Hardware

Direction of Operation
To determine proper direction of operation (right hand vs. left hand). When facing unit, right hand doors will have hinges mounted on the right, left hand door swill have hinges mounted on the left.

Hinges requiring RIGHT HAND or LEFT HAND designation may be grouped for quantity price on purchase order. Specify the exact quantity required of either the right or left hand swing.

Hinges should be ordered in pair lots.

Using the catalog for reference, specify the PRODUCT NUMBER and NAME of each item ordered, offset, finish, door swing, wall/door thickness; with keyed cylinder lock or without lock.

For minor offset variation, SHIMS are available for most of the hardware shown in this catalog.

Advise shipping instructions. ALL STOCK ITEMS are catalogued, however, delivery is subject to prior sale.

SAMPLES are furnished on request. Contract purchases may be negotiated.
